Luu has fond childhood memories of celebrating the arrival of the Lunar New Year in Vietnam, where it’s called Tết.

Anita reflected on how the exhibition’s theme, “Born to Be Free”, manifested itself in her own life as a professional artist in Vancouver.

Lunar New Year can be a truly intercultural celebration that forges deeper connections and new friendships based on genuine understanding.
