台灣國家人權委員會最新出版專書探照數十年來的言論自由長征

大多數加拿大人可能從未聽過鄭南榕這個名字,但這位於1989年去世的民主活動家在他的故鄉台灣卻是家喻戶曉。這是因為在爭取言論自由、民主和獨立的過程中,他做出了一些令人難忘的事。根據《從0到100%:台灣言論自由之戰 (From 0 to 100%: The Fight for Freedom of Expression in Taiwan) 》,鄭南榕在1980年代,每當國民黨政府停刊《自由時代 (Freedom Era) 》週刊時,他會以不同的名稱再出版這份週刊。
